The good thing about Beth is (well she doesn’t have anything bad) that she is always on time with an accurate description of each and every house. She is holding a professional personality with very friendly and down to earth in nature. She will listen you, guide you, and help you with all extraordinary knowledge she has from her experience in this field. Well Zillow don’t have more than 5 stars. But she deserves more than 5000.

We had started with another agent at a different brokerage who was the epitome of why people fear selling a home...so Beth had her hands full from the minute we called: already upset and frustrated trying to sell a house during a pandemic with a bad agent. She handled it like a champ. She was thorough, walked us through options, advocated for us, helped with staging - had our contract done, pictures taken and the house up 4 days after we cancelled our other agent - who had taken weeks. The showings were scheduled through an app so we got alerts and had a portal to check, then within a few days - offer. Under contract in 6 days, closed in roughly 40 days...likely a bit less. No hassles, no issues, no conflict - smooth, professional, constant communication - amazing. We have bought and sold five homes in the last 10 years for various reasons and this was the smoothest, pain free experience we have had. Highly recommend Beth and Berkshire.

We sought out Beth after finding that all homes we liked were contingent. We weren’t in a rush and told her that our timeline was a year. Beth asked what we liked and delivered a few days later. We met to look at two homes on a Saturday morning and she found an absolute gem in the area we wanted with everything we wanted. Although Beth was very busy helping her children with homecoming that Saturday, she was gracious enough to drive back to our house later that afternoon. She worked very hard to crunch the numbers and got us ready to list our house. We submitted an offer that Saturday and it was accepted the next day. Our house went on the market a few days later and we sold it for over asking price. Although there were a few minor hiccups along the way, Beth was able to smooth them out and answer all of our questions through the process. She was always quick to respond and helped us find other quality people to work with along the way. (Attorney, home inspectors, etc.). If you are looking for someone who will help you get what you want, you won’t go wrong with Beth Armstrong.
